The organization began in the 1990’s as Prime Care Pty Ltd and Systems Innovation in Health and has changed through a number of incarnations as such organizations often do - emerging as an organisation focused on the natural language processes of clinical concepts.

Anna Coote BA, Ass Dip MRA., Dip Tert Ed., MHP

Anna is an expert in the fields of Health Information Management and Clinical Coding and is the co-developer of the patented technology underlying the Health eWords software products.
Anna built a successful clinical coding company which was recently acquired by another multi-disciplinary company. She has considerable experience as a Health Information Management consultant in the private health industry, and has undertaken 10 consultancies for the World Health Organisation in the Western Pacific Region. Anna has worked for the British Council in Malaysia, for AusAID in Fiji, Western Samoa and Papua New Guinea, and for the Governments of the Federated States of Micronesia and Brunei. Anna lectured in Health Information Management at Cumberland College of Health Sciences and later The University of Sydney.

Heather brings to Health eWords wide-ranging experience in coding and terminological systems, and automation of coding, terminology and information systems, especially in the Healthcare industry. She is a co-developer/designer of the patented technology underlying the Health eWords software products.
Heather has worked as a health informatics consultant for many years, with clients in government, primary, ambulatory and inpatient health sectors around the world. She also develops and delivers health informatics educational material for La Trobe University, in Australia and overseas, Health Level 7(HL7), and the International Health Terminology Standards Development Organization (IHTSDO). She is the Chair of Standards Australia's Health Informatics Committee (IT14) and represents Australia internationally on several standards organisations' boards. Heather has served on advisory committees to the Commonwealth Department of Health & Ageing including: Australian Health Information Council, Joint Standing Committee of Health Information Standards, and was the project leader of the General Practice Coding Jury. She is on the Council of the Australasian College of Health Informatics and serves on the Australian Health Informatics Education Council as secretary.

Christopher has recently returned to Australia after 21 years leading and growing services and software organisations, primarily in the Healthcare Industry, in the US and Europe. He brings to Health eWords many years experience in Information Technology and Healthcare, and most recently has led successful shared health record projects at regional and national levels.
Christopher was responsible for managing the implementation of major projects in the Healthcare industry for InterSystems Corporation and before that was Managing Director, Europe, Healthcare Global Industry for EDS (now HP) and had had similar responsibility for EDS Asia/Pacific. Prior to this, Christopher was a consulting practice leader for IBM, Deloitte & Touche and Sandema, and was a CIO.
Christopher is also currently a director of Hughes Lamarck Pty Limited.
